This pack was made around 1930 in Denmark as The wrapper mentions Axel Kølle in Odense. He was most probably the printer, but the cards were normally offered by Kruckow-Waldorff in Copenhagen. This pack may have been sold after that company stopped selling playing-cards in 1928.
