This pack that was produced by the State Playing-Card Monopoly in Leningrad, Soviet Union (now St. Petersburg, Russia) in 1930. The pack is called This is 'Rococo' in Kyrillian letters. The designs are strongly inspired by other Rococo packs, especially that made by Dondorf and today mostly known as 'Baronesse'.

The logo of the maker is shown on the Ace of Diamonds, it is derived from the earlier 'tax' stamp used in Russia, see e.g. a pack with the stamp on the Two of Diamonds.
