Whist pack from Russia

This pack was printed around 1850 by the playing-card factory in St. Petersburg (Russia).

A tax stamp with a pelican feeding his young ones is stamped on the Two of Diamonds. The stamp indicates that the tax was collected for the benefit of the Imperial Foundling Hospital.
