These cards were made in 1924 by the United States Playing Card Co. in Cincinnati, they called it 'Los Leones No. 71': The year of printing is indicated by the letter in 'F1 38' on the 1 of Swords. The design is a standard pattern for Spanish-suited cards (Cadiz pattern). Typical for that is the 'AHI VA' on the 11 of Cups (Knight of Cups). USPCC issued the pack first for the Columbian Exposition in 1893.
