Playing-Card Tax Stamps from New Zealand

Playing-cards in New Zealand were subject to customs or duty from 1866, and they were stamped from 1880 until 1930.

This stamp was in use in New Zealand in 1884.
The text is 'CUSTOMS / DUTY PAID / DUNEDIN' with the date '1 APR 84' in the middle.

This stamp was used in New Zealand in 1903.
The text at the top is faded, but I know from similar stamps that it should be 'H. M. CUSTOMS. DUNEDIN', and below that 'N. Z.' with a crown in the middle. Then there is a date ('29 JUN 1903'), and 'DUTY PAID'.

This stamp was used in New Zealand in 1904.
The text is 'H. M. CUSTOMS' and 'DUNEDIN', and below that the date ('9 DEC 1904'), and 'DUTY PAID' at the bottom.

This stamp (better: imprint) was in use in New Zealand c. 1910.
The text is 'CARD STAMP', and 'WANGANUI' (the place where the cards were produced).

This stamp was used in New Zealand in 1922.
The text is 'CUSTOMS CARD STAMP', a date ('11 OCT 1922'), and 'DUNEDIN' (the port where the cards were landed).

This stamp was used in New Zealand in 1927.
The text is 'H. M. CUSTOMS. WELLINGTON', below that 'N. Z.' with a crown in the middle, then a date ('9 MAY 1927'), and 'DUTY PAID.'.
(from a scan by Ken Lodge)

This stamp was used in New Zealand in 1930.
The text is 'H. M. CUSTOMS.', below that 'N. Z.' with a crown in the middle, then 'WELLINGTON', a date ('8 JUN 30'), and 'DUTY PAID.'.
(scanned by Malcolm Hutson)

I have seen several stamps similar to those above on the internet.

The stamp was on the Two of Diamonds.
